Serendipity Day Care Addition
This office addition to a local pre- and kindergarten school serves as the school’s new front door. The building program required new professional offices for staff and a way to more personally connect with parents as they dropped off their children. The design functioned as the new front door to the school. A simple straight-forward design with details that tied the separate buildings was designed. An exterior painting program was developed to further tie the complex together.
Several design alternatives were discussed with the client. Brown+Wootton provided both design and construction services
