The Mackland Project is a new home that was constructed on an existing
inner city lot located in the popular UNM/Nob Hill/Altura Park neighborhoods. This
home will be in the 2006 Parade of Homes. The 2600 SF home is a single
story home that includes
3 bedrooms and a study, with two and 1/2 baths.

Camino Del Sol Remodel
When this active family moved into 9013 Camino Del Sol, their 8 yr old
was already a veteran of 2 previous remodeled homes near Nob Hill. The
home is full of design ideas we are pleased to share with you. Many families
love their current homes and neighborhoods but wish some elements better
matched their today lifestyle. You don’t have to relocate to have

Torreon Home
This mountain home emodies many principles that our company and our clients
value. It is a small home, 1200 square feet, with an adjacent one car
garage that also houses a required water tank.

Double Six Museum
Renovation and Addition
The original 4800 gross square
foot buildings that house the Cibola Arts Council offices and exhibition
space and shop were in very poor condition.
The City of Grants, who funded this project, wanted a conservative
solution that would allow for phasing of improvements, $450,000 budget.
The project
needed to function well for the new users and look better. Previously,
the buildings house a daycare center.

Serendipity Day Care Addition
This 500 gross square foot office addition
to a local pre- and kindergarten school serves as the school’s new
front door. The building program required new professional offices for
staff and a way to more personally
connect with parents as they dropped off their children.

Tulane Addition –
New construction and Remodel
This approximately
400 square foot addition required a unique footprint due to the desire
to save two existing mature trees and setback requirements.
The unusual and distinct design was developed based on the the client’s
desire to make the addition separate and distinct from the original house
design. The original house was designed in the 1950’s.

Governor’s Gallery
Interior Design/Furniture
This project required
the addition of specifically designed furniture used for display for
the Governor’s Gallery, a Fine Art Gallery in the
Round House in Santa Fe. The work includes the design and fabrication
of a moveable wall system to screen off an unsightly coffee area.
